He died on 19 Aug 1624. He was buried in St Saviour's, York.

Henry Belasis was knighted by James I on his way to London in 1603. Created Baronet in 1611. Was the first named in the Commission of Peace for the North Riding of Yorkshire in 1623. He attested the family pedigree in 1584 and signed it 'Henry Belasis'. He erected his monument in the York Minster with a blank for the date of his death.

Henry married Ursula FAIRFAX [scrapbook].

They had the following children.
